Glow & Go Policies

We're committed to providing you convenience and quality service, and thank you for welcoming us into your homes. The safety and security of both our employees and our customers is our top priority. To ensure an environment of mutual respect and safety, our tanning technicians reserve the right to refuse service or to enter a home if they do not feel comfortable doing so. We also ask that you inform us of any pets prior to our arrival. Inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. 

Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge an administration fee.

Preparedness

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are not going to be ready to tan at your scheduled time, please call and let us know. If our tanning technicians are asked to wait for more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will be charged an administration fee and we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.
